Dear Graduand

It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that the Seventh Convocation of IIS (deemed to be University) is scheduled to be held in the Third week of December 2018 at the IISU Campus, Gurukul Marg, SFS Mansarovar, Jaipur. The exact date of the event shall be announced shortly.The online registration process for the Convocation has commenced. You are requested to register for the same by 19 December 2018. As part of registration, you are also required to deposit a refundable security deposit of Rs. 1500/-(for ‘In Person’ degree recipients towards costume charges) and Rs. 200/-(for receiving degree ‘In Absentia’ towards administrative cum postal charges), through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking by 19 December 2018.

The refundable security amount of Rs. 1500/- shall be refunded only through bank account, for which you are requested to provide us compulsorily your bank details in the registration form and also upload a photocopy of a cancelled cheque, failing which the University will be unable to process the refund amount.You are entitled to bring along one guest only (parent/guardian/relative). However, an extra guest for Convocation can accompany you at an additional charge of Rs. 500/- per person.

Please note your personal details for verification shall be sent to you by the email id given by you in the registration form. Please ensure that you verify well in time to expedite the degree preparation process. In case of any discrepancy, kindly revert at the same email id.
