Convocation Notice : Regarding refund of security amount

Dear Graduand,

This is in continuation to our earlier communication regarding the forthcoming Convocation scheduled on 23^th December 2018.

As per guidelines of the University, the Convocation Gown security amount of Rs. 1,500/- shall be refunded only through bank account, for which you are requested to bring a cancelled cheque compulsorily failing which the University will be unable to process the refund amount.

Graduands who have already filled the bank details online are also required to bring a cancelled cheque for further processing of refund amount as we have been informed by some of the graduands that they have filled an erroneous bank details.
